Роден съм 1988 г. и считам фотографията за своя професия от 2007 г. насам. Работя основно в Бургас, но често поемам ангажименти в цялата страна. Не съм завършил фотография в университет, не съм изучавал специални курсове - вярвам, че тя е нещо, което или го имаш, или го нямаш вътре в себе си. Ако го нямаш, никакви университети и никакви курсове няма да те направят добър в това изкуство.

Започнах развитието си като фотограф в печатницата за пощенски картички “Larus-Cards”, където снимах пейзажи и натюрморти. Постепенно се насочих и към портретна и архитектурна, а малко по-късно и към продуктова и рекламна фотография. Измежду всички тези жанрове се промъкна и сватбената фотография. Когато технологиите позволиха на дигиталния фотоапарат да се превърне в кинокамера, в палитрата на моите възможности се озова видеозаснемането. Това леко отклонение от фотографията доведе до ползотворна работа както с млади изгряващи таланти, така и с утвърдени изпълнители от българската сцена, чиито видеоклипове към техни авторски песни имах честта да режисирам и заснема.

I was born in 1988 and I consider photography to be my profession since 2007. I work mainly in Burgas, Bulgaria, but I often have assignments across the country. I haven’t studied photography in university, I haven’t studied special courses - I believe it is something you either have, or you don’t have inside yourself. If you don’t have it, no universities nor courses will do you good in this art.

I began my career as a photographer at “Larus-Cards” postcards, where I was shooting landscapes and still-life. Gradually I turned to portrait and architectural, and later to product and advertising photography. Among all these genres, wedding photography also emerged as a service I provide. When the technology allowed the digital camera to become a movie camera, video production made its way into my palette of possibilities. This slight deviation from photography has led to fruitful work with both young rising talents and established artists from the Bulgarian scene, whose videos to their songs I had the honor of directing and filming.
